Running In Our Sister Concern Since Oct 2020

YantrAlysis — The machine catches setup mistakes before you do

Every CNC shop has seen it. The operator sets up the machine, everything looks right, the job runs — and the parts come out wrong. Not because the machine made a mistake. Because the setup was for a different part, or a different step in the process, and nobody caught it until the damage was done.

YantrAlysis runs inside the machine controller itself. Before the machine starts cutting, it checks whether the setup in front of it actually matches the job that is about to run. If something is off, the machine stops and tells the operator what is wrong. Not after the first part. Before the first cut. No extra hardware. No external computer. The machine does the checking itself.

We have been running it in our sister concern machine shop since October 2020. A patent application has been filed. Write to us at info@hsmcil.com if you want to know whether it can work at your shop.

Checks the setup before the first cut

The machine verifies that the part loaded, the operation selected, and the offsets in memory all match each other before any cutting begins. A mismatch alarms immediately.

Works on the machines you already have

No additional hardware. No external PC or network connection required for verification. YantrAlysis uses the programmable scripting layer already built into most modern CNC controllers — Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Brother, Mazak and others.

Every action is logged automatically

Who set up the machine, when they approved it, when the job started, if anything was changed — all logged automatically inside the controller. If something goes wrong, you know exactly what happened and when.

Unmeasured tools get caught

The system checks that every tool required for the job has actually been measured and logged before the machine is allowed to start cutting. A tool that was never measured — or whose offset was never set — is caught before it reaches the part.

See all your machines from one screen

A simple dashboard shows every machine's current status — what job is running, who is logged in, whether setup has been signed off. Updated live. No walking to the shop floor to find out what is happening.

Thermal compensation without losing track of the job

As the machine heats up during the day, offsets shift. YantrAlysis applies thermal corrections automatically while keeping the job identity check intact. The correction happens without resetting the setup verification.

YantrAlysis works on the controller's own programming layer. No third-party software licence, no dedicated hardware, no network dependency for the core verification. If your machine has a programmable macro or scripting environment, it can run YantrAlysis. Read more on our Services page or write to us at info@hsmcil.com.
